I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room itself was perfect for my needs, with a clean and spacious layout. The shower was fantastic and the self-contained kitchenette was a great bonus. The beds were incredibly comfortable and my entire family slept soundly throughout our stay. Great pool and modern facilities. Clean units with basic amenities provided including cups, kettle, iron, and tea/coffee. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond for us, finding parking for our camper van and accommodating our late arrival while I was recovering from a sore back.

The air conditioning was only on one side of the room which made it a bit hot in the far room, especially in the summer heat. , the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough as we found cigarette remnants in the kids' bedside table.

During our stay, we found the location of the motel to be perfect, within a close distance to the city centre, pub and tavern. it was conveniently located near the event we were attending. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the comfortable bed and advice from the receptionist on meal options.

Although our room had everything we needed, the shower over the bath might not be suitable for older guests.

The Christmas trees in the lobby and by the pool were very festive and added to the holiday cheer. We appreciated the complimentary Christmas cake and mulled wine, which was a nice touch. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the free parking.

The room was not up to our expectations. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too firm for our liking.
